Popular 10 over 10 show host Willis Raburu proposed to his long time girlfriend Ivy Namu , in what can only be termed as a controversial event .An ever joking Raburu popped the question during his son’s birthday. It did not come as a surprise to our sources as they indicated that Willis took a leave of absence from his day job at citizen TV for a few weeks. It is speculated that this leave was a chance for Willis to plan for this spontaneous occasion for his lover and close confidant.
