Netflix Faces Criticisim Over Return of “Titanic” Film Days After Submersible Tragedy

Netflix, the popular streaming site, faces criticism from social media users who voiced their resentment with the company’s plan to return the film “Titanic” days after the submersible tragedy.

Netflix announced on Monday that the film “titanic” would be returning on July 1 along with other popular shows, rush hour, Jumanji, bridesmaids, star trek, Puss in boots and other titles.

However, due to the submersible tragedy and Netflix choosing to offer the film “Titanic” on its site has raised an uproar on social media.

The submersible tragedy, an incident that left the world shocked, after five billionaires lost their lives while exploring the titanic wreckage.

Even though Netflix had planned to release the film, but due to the incident, social media users  have raised worry over the company’s move and lack of empathy.

Titanic, the iconic film was previously on Netflix but was removed last year.

‘Titanic’ a film with 11 Academy Awards, has remained a cultural sensation since its premiere.
