“Mchele babes” Known for their famous tricks were they lure men, by spiking their drinks and robbing them off all their belongings.

In a Nyama Joint along Eastern bypass, three women have been arrested after they allegedly spiked drinks for three men who had invinted them for a fun night out.

According to a statement released by the DCI on Monday, the three men had visited Green Spot Gardens on Sunday Afternoon, a couple of drinks later , they spotted the three”Mchele Babes”and invited them to their table.

The women, Irene Wairimu,30, Hellen Waribui,36, and Fidelis Wambui,34, were first doubtful to the invitation but later joined the trio and continued to have fun.

“Initially, the women pretended to be hesitant but one of the men eqipped humorously maitu, yumbukaga na kiria imeretie.(it flies with what it has swallowed).”wrote DCI.

“That statement seemed to have worked the magic and the women giggled as they joined them tearing away the marinated, juicy goat ribs and washed it down with drinks,”DCI added.

Fun Night

“The Men filled with boyish excitement enjoyed their new company as hit Song, Wendo Wi Cama by Musician Samidoh and Joyce Wamama rent the, setting the mood for a happy ending.”

Unaware that their drinks were laced with a groggy sustance, which the women used to their advantage  to lure them into their trap.

However, the women were noticed by the bartender who works at the joint, the bartender noticed an odd and suspicious behaviour around the table , were they immediately notified police officers who arrived at the premises and arrested the three.

DCI also said that the tablets, used were recovered from the three after conduncting a search on them.

The trio will be held in custody at Ruiru police station until preseented before the court.
