In kakamega county, Police are investigating a horrfying incident in which a man allegedly defiled his own daughter who was admitted in hospital while seriously ill.
The incident was reported at Navakholo Police Post, Kakamega County by a woman who said she witnesed the henious crime.
The witness reported that “she saw one Patrick Muringa, aged 40 years, whose daughter was also admitted at the said hospital, Pediatric ward suffering from severe Malaria while under his care he defiled her,” the police report read.
According to the report , the suspect noticed police officers inside the ward but escaped before they could arrest him. Doctors later conducted a test on the minor to check if she was raped and the test came positive.
Its sad to here that minors are not safe in the country, been defiled by old men, yet the children are innocent. This is after a priest was arrested for killing and defiling a minor.
