With the presidential debate approaching , The Roots Party presidential candidate has some new demands. The debate will be held on 26th July at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa main campus in Karen , Nairobi as announced by the debate secretariat.
Roots presidential candidate states that he will not show up in the debate ,unless both The Azimio and Kenya Kwanza Alliance presidential candidates are present.
He is quite dissatisfied with the fact that Raila will be debating against Ruto and he will be contending against Agano party David Waihiga at different intervals at the podium.He questions why all the candidates cannot share the podium.
“” By subjecting me to Mwaure this side and the two other side , then i will not go . They will be degrading me and Mwaure does it mean we are the remnant of the society,”He said.
Wajackoyah’s bhang manifesto prompts Matiangi’s reaction
He further states that if his demands are not met then he will not attend ,therefore Mwaure will be on his own.
“Let them put his head-on with Ruto and Raila. I want to be with them so that they can see this Kenya does not belong to them, it belongs to everybody.” Wajackoyah said.
