After Mudavadi and Wetangula decamped from OKA the alliance was left on its death bed. As the remaining Principals try to save face and create the notion of a third horse,they are failing at it.
The remaining principals in OKA were Kalonzo and Gideon Moi. the two principals have gone ahead and admitted Martha Karua and Cyrus Jirongo into the alliance. While on a campaign tour in the ukambani region Kalonzo declared that he is in the alliance to stay.
The alliance and its new principals have been going round the country in a bid to popularise their alliance. During their recent tour of Kirinyaga County. The leaders declared that they will announce their presidential candidate in six weeks.
While speaking at the Kerugoya rally,Martha Karua indicated that all parties in the alliance are equal partners. To effect this statement the alliance principals have signed a deed of assignment which makes them owners of the alliance.
The only dominant party in the alliance is Wiper.
