Zimbabwean businessman Wicknell Chivayo has promised to give 15 other church members brand new 2026 Toyota Fortuner worth US$1.2 million (about KSh155 million) each, after praising their commitment to the church and devotion to God. Wicknell Chivayo shared the news on Friday, 25 th September 2026 through a social media post reported by Zimbabwean media outlets.
“I am happy to announce your 15 BRAND-NEW 2026 TOYOTA FORTUNERS 2.4 GD6 have arrived. Your commitment to the church and excellent service to the Lord is highly appreciated,” he wrote.
Chivayo said the 15 lucky church members had been “extraordinary” throughout their lives, having remained committed to the church, upholding its teachings and faithfully serving it. He added that in addition to the vehicles, all 15 beneficiaries will also receive US$5,000 in cash. The cash component amounts to US$75,000 for the group, making the total value of the announced gifts worth about US$1.275 million. Chivayo asked the beneficiaries to report to Madzibaba Chipaga at Enterprise Car Sales on Wednesday to pick up the cars.
According to iHarare, the beneficiaries came from Murehwa, Negomo and Domboshava and Chivayo shared a list of the 15 named individuals in his social media announcement. This latest philanthropy comes just a week after Chivayo announced a similar donation of vehicles to members of the United Family International Church (UFIC).
On September 19, 2026, he shared the news that ten church ushers would each be given a Toyota Fortuner 2.4 GD-6 and a US$10,000 each for fuel, while two church leaders were to receive 2026 Toyota Land Cruiser LC300 ZX vehicles and US$20,000 fuel top-up.
Chivayo has said the donations are meant to honor church members who have given their time to support the organization behind the scenes. With this latest donation, the businessman has added 15 more Toyota Fortuners to his list of recent charitable contributions of vehicles and cash to church members. The figure of US$1.2 million value covers the 15 vehicles, while the additional US$75,000 reported separately represents the cash donations given to the 15 lucky beneficiaries who picked up the cars.
