The Attorney General (AG) Paul Kihara will be moving to the supreme court of Kenya , which is headed by justice Martha Koome , in an appeal of the 20 the of august ruling by the court of appeal that put the last nail in the BBI reggae coffin.
The building bridges initiative popularly known as BBI was first quashed by a high court bench of 5 judges. the AG,IEBC, the ODM party and Raila Odinga and other proponents went over to the court of appeal to a challenge the decision of the high court and to their dismay they were frustrated again.
