Machakos governor Wavinya Ndeti has reacted to her fashion mishap that saw people compare her to Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua's baggy outfits

Machakos governor Wavinya Ndeti has reacted to her fashion mishap that saw people compare her to Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua’s baggy outfits. Wavinya Ndeti, who went viral after stepping out in a baggy unironed beige skirt suit during the swearing of Machakos county executives, apologised for the fashion downgrade.

Icon News earlier reported reactions from Kenyans who advised the veteran politician to find a stylist to help her avoid such embarrassing moments in public.

She, however, gave in and posted various photos of herself looking sharp and sophisticated in previous events and said she understands Kenyans like to see her looking smart.

This is what she wrote on her Facebook page: “Lakini nyinyi wakenya, enyewe mmeniweza. One thing I know now is you love me being smart. Sitadissapoint tena. Nowadays, I care more about your needs. Love you guys.”
