this will help in curbing misinformation and boost responsible sharing of information.
TikTok is working with Goverment institutions and NGO’s to form a collaboration which will help in the forming of the TikTok community in Kenya.Also involved is a team of experts who will help protect against misuse and harm on its platform.

Our resolve is to spread positive vibes in markets where we operate as we promote peaceful coexistence,” said TikTok’s SSA Government Relations, Fortune Mgwili-Sibanda.
The TikTok community is expected to also play a role in reporting harmful content that seems untrue and would fuel any form of unrest or chaos.A three- part series as part of the initiative was launched;#TikTok for peace.
