Azimio Leader Raila Odinga , has announced that the opposition will continue to push for lowering the cost of living , saying majority of Kenyans are suffering under the Kenya Kwanza government.
Speaking in Kamukunji, Nairobi, after police disrupted the convoy that was headed into the CBD district, Raila said the demonstrations will be held every Monday.
He also alleged that the 2022, General Election was rigged and claimed that the IEBC servers were manipulated.
“They must open the IEBC servers, Kenyans must know the truth. They have messed the economy of Kenya by increasing taxes and prices of basic commodities . Punda amechoka .” Raila said to his supporters.
The convoy made several stops including East leigh where he stressed that his victory was stolen.
Wiper Leader Kalonzo Musyoka who had accompanied Raila called for the immediate release of opposition leaders , including Senator Steward Madzayo, who are being held at the DCI headquters.
The Azimio leader was accompanied by several leaders , Junet Mohammed, Eugene Wamalwa and Gladys Wanga among other opposition leaders.
