Over 1.4T Of Bhang Discovered Hidden In A Tire Shipment

The U.S police based in the state of Michigan have uncovered a 1.4T of Bhang in a tire shipment being ferried in a tractor.

According to custom officials, the cargo was found on April 20 after an inbound tractor trailer transporting the tire shipment was selected for additional screening at the Port of Detroit.

After along search, the officers found multiple packages of Bhang hidden inside the tires among brown packing paper and garbage bags.

Both The Marijuana , the cargo, and the tractor were seized.

In the United States, only 19 of the 50 states have legalized the use of cannabis. But the use and possession of marijuana are illegal under the federal law. Hence one can only be in possession of cannabis within the state it is permitted.

In Kenya, the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Control Act criminalizes possession and use of bhang.

In Africa, only South Africa has permitted the use of cannabis, although it has tightened its measures around it.

Other countries such as Morocco, Rwanda, Uganda, Lesotho, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Malawi have allowed the commercial growing and trade of cannabis, but the reactional use is prohibited.
