American rapper Kanye ‘Ye ‘ West has declared his 2024 presidential bid.
Over the weekend, Kanye made his announcement days after former U.S president Donald Trump confirmed he will also be running for presidency in 2024.
Kanye confirmed his candidature through an interview he did with Consequence of Sound.
“Yes…its simple…its just we are moving toward the future,” Kanye was quoted by the Consequence of Sound.
The rapper further disclosed that he had entrusted British alt-right political commentator Milo Yiannopoulos to handle his campaign.
Milo recently worked as an intern for republic an congressman Marjorie Taylor Green but the latest updates shows he will be part of Kanye’s presidential campaign team.
Despite the news going public , Kanye is yet to update on his social media platforms.
In 2020, the rapper ran for Americas highest political office . During one of his campaign rallies, he broke down in tears leaving his supporters shocked.

In the last elections, Kanye only got 70,000 votes from 12 states were his name appeared.
West has lost nearly $1billion in brand partnership as a result if a string of anti-Semitic outbursts, and his radio airplay and streaming video.
However that does not stop Kanye. He believes that hundreds of millions of Americans are ready to vote for him in 2024, much like his good friend Donald trump.
On November 16, Trump confirmed that he will seek the republican presidential nomination in 2024.
Donald made it clear in his speech that he wants Republicans to view his campaign as a self-sacrificing undertaking.
