Comedy pays as Mulamwah shows off mansion his building in western

Comedian and content creator Mulamwah has joined a growing list of artists who have been seen building huge mansions in their rural areas. 

Comedians, Musicians and artists in Kenya are debunking the century old myth that talent doesn’t pay especially in the African continent. Comedian and content creator Mulamwah has joined a growing list of artists who have been seen building huge mansions in their rural areas.

Going by photos shared by the online sensation. Mulamwah posed for photos outside his uncompleted one floor mansion. according to the comedian it is important for one to invest in real estate and find other ways of investing your money.

The comedian took to his Instagram stories to share his progress, hinting he was almost done with the construction. “Home stretch,” he captioned one of the photos on his posts. Mulamwah who shares a daughter with content creator Caro Sonnie was gossip news fodder after their much-publicised nasty break up.

The comedian is now joined by the likes of Khaligraph Jones who is constructing a huge palatial mansion where he plans to reside. Artists are now investing heavily in real estate especially building their own homes and moving away rental apartments. This trend has emerged after the lock down that happened in the country after the covid 19 pandemic. The lock down affected  clubs, Bars,hotels and public gatherings.

Most of the artist were left penniless as they depended on public appearances for their income.
